Refund Policy

At Vector Vending, we’re committed to providing a convenient, consistent, and high-quality vending experience. Our team works hard to ensure that all machines are fully operational, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards. To help set clear expectations, please review our refund policy below.

 

Vended Products

Due to the nature of vending machine transactions, we are unable to offer refunds for items that have already been vended.

Once a product is dispensed, we cannot verify its condition or how it was handled post-vending. For health, safety, and liability reasons, these items cannot be returned or resold. We appreciate your understanding of this policy—it helps us maintain safe and hygienic vending for all customers.

If you experience an issue with a product (e.g., it did not dispense properly, was damaged, or the machine malfunctioned), please contact us right away. We’re happy to investigate and provide a suitable resolution whenever possible.

 

Vending Machines

All vending machine sales are final upon delivery and acceptance. Refunds are not available once the machine is delivered and signed off.

If your machine arrives with a defect or damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so our team can assess the situation and determine the best course of action. Pre-delivery cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Service Accounts

Refunds do not apply to stocked or placed machines provided as part of a service agreement. However, we are always available to address any issues with machine performance, service quality, or product stocking.
